Electrically operated Steam valves – on - off
Valves Online offer a full and comprehensive range of electrically operated steam valves. All provide complete solutions for electric isolation of steam and condensate. The valves come in both Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel with Carbon Graphite seats, connections Screwed BSP or Socket, Reduced Bore and Flanged PN16/40 or ANSI 150 full bore. All are fitted with heat disapating TSM extensions Our valves are versatile, offering quick installation, simplified testing and faster maintenance.

Electrically actuated steam valves
The purpose of an Electrically actuated steam valve is to provide remote operation of open or close of a steam or condensate line. Operation is Power to Open and Power to Close and takes around 12 seconds to open, eliminating most causes of hammer. The actuator has limit switches fitted internally which give remote indication of open or closed valve position, in addition the actuator has fitted Anti- Condensation Heaters, optical position indicator and Manual Hand wheel override.

Voltages range from 24 VDC, 24, 110 or 240 Volt. 380 Volt 3 phase options

• All Valve packages are built and tested at our dedicated actuation centre and can be supplied with full documentation and certification.
